(وَإِلَّا) يُمْكِنُ عَزْلُهُمْ (فَ) يُدْفَنُونَ (مَعَنَا) ؛ لِأَنَّ الْإِسْلَامَ يَعْلُو وَلَا يُعْلَى عَلَيْهِ،

وَإِنْ مَاتَ مَنْ يُعْهَدُ ذِمِّيًّا، فَشَهِدَ عَدْلٌ أَنَّهُ مَاتَ مُسْلِمًا؛ حُكِمَ بِهَا فِي الصَّلَاةِ عَلَيْهِ دُونَ تَوْرِيثِ قَرِيبِهِ الْمُسْلِمِ مِنْهُ.
