وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَمَعَ عِلْمٍ بِأَنَّ الْعَدُوَّ يَنْبُشُهُ يَجِبُ تَسْويَتُهُ وَإِخْفَاؤُهُ.

وَفِي بَعْضِ النُّسَخِ: (وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَمَعَ عِلْمِ) دَافِنِيهِ (بِأَنَّ الْعَدُوَّ يَنْبُشُهُ) ، أَيْ: الْقَبْرَ (يَجِبُ تَسْوِيَتُهُ وَإِخْفَاؤُهُ) صَوْنًا لَهُ عَنْ هَتْكِ الْحُرْمَةِ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
