مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيُقَدَّمُ فِيهَا) ، أَيْ: الْمُسَبَّلَةِ عِنْدَ ضِيقٍ (بِسَبْقٍ) . لِأَنَّهُ سَبْقٌ إلَى مُبَاحٍ، (ثُمَّ) مَعَ تَسَاوٍ فِي سَبْقٍ؛ يُقَدَّمُ بِ (قُرْعَةٍ) ، لِأَنَّهَا لِتَمْيِيزِ مَا أُبْهِمَ.
