(وَيَصِحُّ بَيْعُ) وَارِثٍ (مَا دُفِنَ فِيهِ) الْمَيِّتُ (مِنْ مِلْكِهِ مَا لَمْ يُجْعَلْ) ، أَيْ: يَصِيرُ (مَقْبَرَةً) نَصًّا، لِبَقَاءِ مِلْكِهِمْ،
