(وَلَا يُوضَعُ عَلَيْهِ مَا يُمَوِّتُهُ) ، لِعُمُومِ النَّوَاهِي عَنْ قَتْلِ النَّفْسِ الْمُحَرَّمَةِ، وَلَا يُخْرِجُهُ الرِّجَالُ، لِمَا فِيهِ مِنْ هَتْكِ حُرْمَتِهَا.
