(وَلَا يَجُوزُ دَفْنُ) مَيِّتٍ (مُسْلِمٍ بِمَقْبَرَةِ كُفَّارٍ) ، لِتَأَذِّيهِ بِمُجَاوَرَتِهِمْ، (وَلَا) يَجُوزُ (عَكْسُهُ) ، أَيْ: دَفْنُ كَافِرٍ بِمَقْبَرَةِ مُسْلِمِينَ، لِئَلَّا يَنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ الْعَذَابُ فَيُصِيبُهُمْ بِسَبَبِهِ
