مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَا بَأْسَ بِهِ) . أَيْ: السَّلَامِ (عَلَى صِبْيَانٍ تَأْدِيبًا لَهُمْ) هَذَا مَعْنَى كَلَامِ ابْنِ عَقِيلٍ. (وَلَا يَلْزَمُهُمْ رَدٌّ) لِحَدِيثِ: «رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثٍ» وَإِنْ سَلَّمَ عَلَى صَبِيٍّ وَبَالِغٍ؛ رَدَّ الْبَالِغُ، وَلَمْ يَكْفِ رَدُّ الصَّبِيِّ، لِأَنَّ فَرْضَ الْكِفَايَةِ لَا يَحْصُلُ بِهِ.
