(وَلَا بَأْسَ بِمُصَافَحَةِ مُرْدٍ لِمَنْ وَثِقَ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ) عَدَمَ الْوُقُوعِ فِي مَحْظُورٍ، (وَقَصَدَ تَعْلِيمَهُمْ) ، أَيْ: الْمُرْدِ (حُسْنَ الْخُلُقِ) ، ذَكَرَهُ فِي " الْفُصُولِ " وَالرِّعَايَةِ " لِمَا فِيهِ مِنْ الْمَصْلَحَةِ، وَاتِّقَاءِ الْمَفْسَدَةِ.
