(فَإِنْ تَكَسَّرَ الْحُلِيُّ) الْمُبَاحُ (كَسْرًا لَا يَمْنَعُ لُبْسَهُ) كَانْشِقَاقِهِ وَنَحْوِهِ، (فَ) هُوَ (كَصَحِيحٍ) إلَّا أَنْ يَنْوِيَ تَرْكَ لُبْسِهِ.
