وَإِنْ مَنَعُهُ فَكَنَقْرَةٍ فَيُزَكَّى

(وَإِنْ مَنَعَهُ) ، أَيْ: مَنَعَ تَكَسُّرَهُ لَبِسَهُ، (فَ) هُوَ (كَنَقْرَةٍ فَيُزَكَّى) وَلَوْ نَوَى إصْلَاحَهُ،
2,844قَالَ فِي " الْمُسْتَوْعِبِ " عَلَى الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ الْمَذْهَبِ، وَجَزَمَ بِهِ الْمُوَفَّقُ.
