(وَلِإِمَامٍ وَسَاعٍ تَأْخِيرُهَا عِنْدَ رَبِّهَا لِمَصْلَحَةٍ كَحِفْظٍ) نَصًّا، لِفِعْلِ عُمَرَ، وَاحْتَجَّ بَعْضُهُمْ بِقَوْلِهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنْ الْعَبَّاسِ:«فَهِيَ عَلَيْهِ وَمِثْلُهَا مَعَهَا» رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ.
