مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَمَنْ بَذَلَ الْوَاجِبَ) عَلَيْهِ مِنْ الزَّكَاةِ لِإِمَامٍ أَوْ سَاعٍ أَوْ فَقِيرٍ (لَزِمَ) مَدْفُوعًا إلَيْهِ (قَبُولُهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمَبْذُولِ، (وَلَا تَبِعَةَ عَلَيْهِ) ، أَيْ: الْبَاذِلِ، لِأَنَّهُ أَدَّى مَا وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ شَرْعًا.
