وَلإِمَامٍ طَلَبُ نَذْرٍ وَكَفارَةٍ وَزَكَاةٍ، إنْ وَضَعَها فِي أَهْلِها،

(وَلِإِمَامٍ طَلَبُ نَذْرٍ وَكَفَّارَةٍ) ، نَصَّ عَلَيْهِ فِي كَفَّارَةِ، الظِّهَارِ: (وَ) لَهُ طَلَبُ (زَكَاةٍ) مِنْ الْمَالِ الظَّاهِرِ وَالْبَاطِنِ (إنْ وَضَعَهَا فِي أَهْلِهَا، وَلَا يَلْزَمُ دَفْعُهَا لَهُ إذَا طَلَبَهَا) بَلْ لِرَبِّهَا تَفْرِقَتُهَا بِنَفْسِهِ، وَهُوَ أَفْضَلُ كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ.
