مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(إلَّا إنْ تَلِفَتْ) الزَّكَاةُ (بِيَدِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْعَامِلِ (بِلَا تَفْرِيطٍ) مِنْهُ، (وَلَا يَضْمَنُ) مَا تَلِفَ حِينَئِذٍ، لِأَنَّهُ أَمِينٌ، وَحَيْثُ لَا ضَمَانَ (فَ) يُعْطَى أُجْرَتُهُ (مِنْ بَيْتِ الْمَالِ) لِأَنَّهُ لِمَصَالِحِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، وَهَذَا مِنْهَا.
