مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَإِنْ تَطَوَّعَ) الْعَامِلُ (بِعَمَلِهِ فَأُعْطِيَ) ، أَيْ: أَعْطَاهُ إمَامٌ أَوْ غَيْرُهُ أُجْرَتَهُ، (فَلَهُ الْأَخْذُ) لِقِصَّةِ عُمَرَ، وَلِلْإِمَامِ أَنْ يُسَمِّيَ أَوْ يَعْقِدَ لَهُ إجَارَةً وَأَنْ يَبْعَثَهُ بِغَيْرِهِمَا.
