مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَا يَقْضِي مِنْهَا) ، أَيْ: الزَّكَاةِ، (دَيْنٌ) عَلَى (مَيِّتٍ) ، لِعَدَمِ أَهْلِيَّتِهِ، لِقَبُولِهَا، كَمَا لَوْ كَفَّنَهُ مِنْهَا، وَسَوَاءٌ كَانَ اسْتَدَانَهُ لِإِصْلَاحِ ذَاتِ بَيْنٍ، أَوْ لِمَصْلَحَةِ نَفْسِهِ.
