(وَلِإِمَامٍ قَضَاءُ دَيْنٍ مِنْهَا) ، أَيْ: الزَّكَاةِ (عَنْ حَيٍّ) بِلَا وَكَالَةٍ، لِوِلَايَتِهِ عَلَيْهِ فِي إيفَائِهِ، وَلِهَذَا يُجْبِرُهُ عَلَيْهِ إذَا امْتَنَعَ. (وَالْأَوْلَى لَهُ) ، أَيْ: الْإِمَامِ،
