وَلَوْ قَال لِمَالِكٍ قَبْلَ قَبْضِهَا، اشْتَرِ لِي بِهَا ثَوْبًا فَشَرَاهُ، لَمْ يُجْزِئْهُ وَهُوَ لِمَالِكٍ.

(وَلَوْ قَالَ) مُسْتَحِقُّهَا (لِمَالِكٍ قَبْلَ قَبْضِهَا) مِنْهُ (اشْتَرِ لِي بِهَا ثَوْبًا) أَوْ غَيْرَهُ، (فَشَرَاهُ) لَهُ، (لَمْ يُجْزِئْهُ وَهُوَ) ، أَيْ: الثَّوْبُ (لِمَالِكٍ) دُونَ مُسْتَحِقٍّ. [فَصَلِّ الْغَارِم وَالْمُكَاتَب إذَا سقط مَا عَلَيْهِمَا مِنْ مَال هَلْ يخرجا الزَّكَاة] فَصْلٌ)
