وَيَتَّجِهُ إِحْتِمَالٌ : لَا إنْ كَانُوا مُكَاتَبِينَ أَوْ أَبْنَاءَ سَبِيلٍ.

(وَيَتَّجِهُ) بِ (احْتِمَالٍ) قَوِيٍّ: (لَا) يُجْزِئُ دَفْعُ زَكَاةٍ إلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ (إنْ كَانُوا مُكَاتَبِينَ أَوْ أَبْنَاءَ سَبِيلٍ) لِاقْتِصَارِهِمْ عَلَى جَوَازِ الدَّفْعِ لِلْغُزَاةِ وَالْمُؤَلَّفَةِ وَالْغَارِمِينَ.
