(وَلَا يَجُوزُ كَوْنُهُمْ) ، أَيْ: بَنِي هَاشِمٍ (عَامِلِينَ) عَلَى الزَّكَاةِ، لِشَرَفِهِمْ وَعُلُوِّ مَرْتَبَتِهِمْ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
