(فَإِنْ لَمْ يُرَ) الْهِلَالُ (مَعَ صَحْوِ) مَطْلَعِهِ (لَيْلَةَ الثَّلَاثِينَ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ، لَمْ يَصُومُوا) يَوْمَ تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةِ، أَيْ: مَعَ صَحْوِ الْمَطْلَعِ لَيْلَةَ الثَّلَاثِينَ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ،
