فَإِنْ صَامُوا إذَنْ وَلَوْ مُعْتَمَدِينَ حِسَابًا فَبَانَ مِنْهُ لَمْ يُجْزِئْ.

(وَلَوْ) كَانُوا (مُعْتَمَدِينَ حِسَابًا) مِمَّا هُوَ مَوْضُوعٌ فِي التَّقَاوِيمِ،

وَلَوْ كَثُرَتْ إصَابَتُهُ، (فَبَانَ مِنْهُ) ، أَيْ: مِنْ رَمَضَانَ، (لَمْ يُجْزِئْ) هُمْ صَوْمُهُ، لِعَدَمِ اسْتِنَادِهِمْ إلَى مَا يُعَوَّلُ عَلَيْهِ شَرْعًا.
