مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيُجْزِئُهُ) الصَّوْمُ (إنْ شَكَّ هَلْ وَقَعَ صَوْمُهُ قَبْلَهُ) ، أَيْ: قَبْلَ رَمَضَانَ، (أَوْ) وَقَعَ (بَعْدَهُ) ، لِأَنَّهُ أَدَّى فَرْضَهُ بِاجْتِهَادٍ، وَلَا يَضُرُّ تَرَدُّدُهُ فِي النِّيَّةِ لِمَكَانِ الضَّرُورَةِ، (كَمَا لَوْ وَافَقَهُ) ، أَيْ: رَمَضَانَ (أَوْ) وَافَقَ (مَا بَعْدَهُ) ، أَيْ: بَعْدَ رَمَضَانَ كَذِي الْحِجَّةِ أَوْ مُحَرَّمٍ وَنَحْوِهِ كَالصَّلَاةِ،
