(لَا إنْ وَافَقَ) صَوْمُهُ رَمَضَانَ (الْقَابِلَ، فَلَا يُجْزِئُ) هـ (عَنْ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا) ، أَيْ: الرَّمَضَانَيْنِ (اعْتِبَارًا بِنِيَّةِ التَّعْيِينِ) وَهُوَ الْمَذْهَبُ.
