(وَيَتَّجِهُ: أَنَّ التَّرْتِيبَ لَيْسَ بِشَرْطٍ لِلصِّحَّةِ) ، فَيَجُوزُ التَّفْرِيقُ بَيْنَ الشُّهُورِ وَالْأَيَّامِ، غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ لَا يُؤَخِّرُهُ عَنْ شَعْبَانَ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
