وَمَنْ ظَنَّ أَنَّ الشَّهْرَ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ أَوْ شَكَّ فَصَامَ، لَمْ يُجْزِئْهُ وَلَوْ أَصَابَ.

(وَمَنْ ظَنَّ أَنَّ الشَّهْرَ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ) فَصَامَ، لَمْ يُجْزِئْهُ وَلَوْ أَصَابَ، (أَوْ شَكَّ) أَنْ الشَّهْرَ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ (فَصَامَ، لَمْ يُجْزِئْهُ وَلَوْ أَصَابَ) كَمَا لَوْ تَرَدَّدَ فِي دُخُولِ وَقْتِ الصَّلَاةِ.
