(وَيَسْقُطُ الْجَمِيعُ) ، أَيْ: كَفَّارَةُ وَطْءِ نَهَارِ رَمَضَانَ، وَحَجٍّ وَظِهَارٍ وَيَمِينٍ، وَنَذْرٍ وَقَتْلٍ وَإِطْعَامِ عَاجِزٍ عَنْ صَوْمٍ، وَمُؤَخِّرٍ الْقَضَاءَ (بِتَكْفِيرِ غَيْرِهِ) بِعِتْقٍ أَوْ إطْعَامٍ (عَنْهُ بِإِذْنِهِ) ؛ لِقِيَامِهِ مَقَامَهُ كَإِخْرَاجِ زَكَاتِهِ عَنْهُ بِإِذْنِهِ،
