وَلَهُ إنْ مَلَكَ كَفَّارَةَ جِمَاعِ رَمَضَانَ إخْرَاجُهَا عَنْ نَفْسِهِ، وَأَكْلُهَا إنْ كَانَ أَهْلًا.

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَهُ) ، أَيْ: مَنْ وَجَبَتْ عَلَيْهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ (إنْ مَلَكَ) ، أَيْ: مَلَّكَهُ غَيْرُهُ (كَفَّارَةَ جِمَاعِ رَمَضَانَ إخْرَاجُهَا عَنْ نَفْسِهِ، وَ) لَهُ (أَكْلُهَا إنْ كَانَ أَهْلًا) لِأَكْلِهَا لِلْخَبَرِ.
