لَا يَحْرُمُ وَطْءٌ قَبْلَ كَفَّارَةِ رَمَضَانَ، وَلَا فِي لَيَالِي صِيَامها، كَعَكْسِ كَفَّارَةِ ظِهَارٍ.

(فَرْعٌ: لَا يَحْرُمُ وَطْءٌ قَبْلَ كَفَّارَةِ) رَمَضَانَ،

(وَلَا فِي لَيَالِي صِيَامِهَا) أَيْ: الْكَفَّارَةِ، ذَكَرَهُ فِي الرِّعَايَةِ " وَ " التَّلْخِيصِ " كَكَفَّارَةِ الْقَتْلِ، (عَكْسُ كَفَّارَةِ ظِهَارٍ) ، وَالْفَرْقُ وَاضِحٌ.
