(وَ) إنْ أَخَّرَ قَضَاءَ رَمَضَانَ حَتَّى أَدْرَكَهُ آخَرُ أَوْ أَكْثَرُ، (لِعُذْرٍ) نَحْوِ مَرَضٍ أَوْ سَفَرٍ، (قَضَى) مَا عَلَيْهِ (فَقَطْ) ، أَيْ: بِلَا إطْعَامٍ؛ لِأَنَّهُ غَيْرُ مُفَرِّطٍ.
