(وَلَا شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ) أَيْ: مَنْ أَخَّرَ الْقَضَاءَ لِعُذْرٍ، (إنْ مَاتَ) ، نَصًّا؛ لِأَنَّهُ حَقٌّ لِلَّهِ وَجَبَ بِالشَّرْعِ، مَاتَ قَبْلَ إمْكَانِ فِعْلِهِ، فَسَقَطَ إلَى غَيْرِ بَدَلٍ، كَالْحَجِّ.
