مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَا يُكْرَهُ صَوْمُ الدَّهْرِ) ، لِأَنَّ جَمَاعَةً مِنْ الصَّحَابَةِ كَانُوا يَسْرُدُونَ الصَّوْمَ، مِنْهُمْ: أَبُو طَلْحَةَ، قِيلَ: إنَّهُ صَامَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً. (إلَّا لِخَائِفِ ضَرَرٍ) فِي جَسَدِهِ، أَوْ مَعِيشَةٍ يَحْتَاجُهَا، (أَوْ) إلَّا لِخَائِفِ (فَوْتِ حَقٍّ) ، فَإِنَّهُ يُكْرَهُ لَهُ ذَلِكَ.
