(وَحَرُمَ، وَلَا يَصِحُّ صَوْمُ يَوْمِ عِيدٍ) فَرْضًا وَلَا نَفْلًا؛ لِمَا رَوَى أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - «نَهَى عَنْ صَوْمِ يَوْمَيْنِ: يَوْمِ فِطْرٍ، وَيَوْمِ أَضْحَى» مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ وَالنَّهْيُ يَقْتَضِي فَسَادَ الْمَنْهِيِّ عَنْهُ وَتَحْرِيمَهُ.
