(وَإِنْ بَطَلَ) الْفَرْضُ لِوُجُودِ مُبْطِلٍ، (فَلَا مَزِيدَ) عَلَيْهِ، فَيُعِيدُهُ أَوْ يَقْضِيهِ فَقَطْ، (وَلَا كَفَّارَةَ) مُطْلَقًا؛ لِعَدَمِ النَّصِّ فِيهَا.
