(وَجَازَ قَطْعُ فَرْضٍ لِهَرَبِ نَحْوِ غَرِيمٍ) ، كَشُرُودِ دَابَّةٍ، وَإِبَاقِ رَقِيقٍ، (وَ) جَازَ (قَلْبُهُ) ، أَيْ: الْفَرْضِ، (نَفْلًا) مَعَ سَعَةِ وَقْتِهِ، وَتَقَدَّمَ.
