مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَبْطُلُ) اعْتِكَافُهُ (بِخُرُوجِهِ إلَيْهَا) ، أَيْ: الْجُمُعَةِ، لِأَنَّ لَهُ مِنْهُ بُدًّا، (مَا لَمْ يَشْتَرِطْهُ) ، أَيْ: الْخُرُوجَ إلَى الْجُمُعَةِ، كَعِيَادَةِ مَرِيضٍ.
