(وَمَنْ عَيَّنَ) بِنَذْرِهِ لِاعْتِكَافِهِ أَوْ صَلَاتِهِ (مَسْجِدًا غَيْرَ) الْمَسَاجِدِ (الثَّلَاثَةِ) ، أَيْ: الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ، وَمَسْجِدِ الْمَدِينَةِ، وَالْمَسْجِدِ الْأَقْصَى، (لَمْ يَتَعَيَّنْ، وَيُخَيَّرُ) مَنْ عَيَّنَ بِنَذْرِهِ مَسْجِدًا غَيْرَ الثَّلَاثَةِ
