(لَا) يُجْزِئُهُ صِيَامُ هَذِهِ التِّسْعَةِ أَيَّامٍ (إنْ) كَانَ (نَذَرَ عَشْرَةَ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ آخِرِ الشَّهْرِ) ، وَصَامَ تِسْعَةً، ثُمَّ ظَهَرَ أَنَّ الشَّهْرَ نَاقِصٌ، (فَيَقْضِي يَوْمًا) وُجُوبًا، وَيُكَفِّرُ لِفَوَاتِ الْمَحِلِّ.
