وَحَرُمَ أَنْ يُقِيمَ مِنْهُ أَحَدًا وَيَجْلِسَ أو يُجْلِسَ غَيرَهُ فِيهِ، إلا الِصَبِي،

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَحَرُمَ أَنْ يُقِيمَ مِنْهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمَسْجِدِ (أَحَدًا) وَلَوْ عَبْدَهُ أَوْ وَلَدَهُ، (وَيَجْلِسَ) مَكَانَهُ، (أَوْ يُجْلِسَ غَيْرَهُ فِيهِ) . لِمَا سَبَقَ (إلَّا لِصَبِيٍّ) ، فَيُؤَخَّرُ عَنْ الْمَكَانِ الْفَاضِلِ، وَتَقَدَّمَ.
