قَالَ فِي " الْآدَابِ الْكُبْرَى ": وَيُؤْخَذُ مِنْهُ أَنَّهُ إنْ اتَّخَذَهُ مَسْكَنًا أَوْ مَخْزَنًا وَنَحْوَ ذَلِكَ، أَنَّهُ يَضْمَنُ أُجْرَتَهُ، كَمَا نَقُولُ فِي الْحُرِّ إذَا اسْتَعْمَلَهُ كُرْهًا.
