مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَحُكْمُ إحْرَامِهِمَا) ، أَيْ: الصَّغِيرِ وَالْقِنِّ: (كَصَوْمِ صَغِيرٍ بَلَغَ بِأَثْنَائِهِ) صَائِمًا فِي أَنَّ مَا قَبْلَ الْبُلُوغِ وَالْعِتْقِ نَفْلٌ، وَمَا بَعْدَهُ فَرْضٌ، فَلَا يُعْتَدَّانِ إلَّا بِإِحْرَامٍ وَوُقُوفٍ مَوْجُودَيْنِ حَالَ أَهْلِيَّتِهِمَا.
