(وَاخْتَارَ جَمْعٌ) ، مِنْهُمْ: صَاحِبُ " الْخِلَافِ " وَ " الِانْتِصَارِ " وَالْمَجْدُ: إذَا تَغَيَّرَ حَالُهُمَا بِالْبُلُوغِ وَالْعِتْقِ، (يَنْقَلِبُ كُلُّهُ فَرْضًا) كَزَكَاةٍ مُعَجَّلَةٍ، وَالْخِلَافُ إنَّمَا هُوَ بِاعْتِبَارِ الثَّوَابِ، لَا فِي الصِّحَّةِ وَالْإِجْزَاءِ، إذْ حَجُّهُمَا صَحِيحٌ مُجْزِئٌ.
