وَيَصِحَّانِ مِن قِنٍّ وَيَلْزَمَانِهِ بِنَذرِهِ،

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَصِحَّانِ) ، أَيْ: الْحَجُّ وَالْعُمْرَةُ، (مِنْ قِنٍّ) ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَى، صَغِيرٍ أَوْ كَبِيرٍ عَلَى مَا تَقَدَّمَ فِي الصَّغِيرِ الْحُرِّ، لِعَدَمِ الْمَانِعِ، (وَيَلْزَمَانِهِ) ، أَيْ: يَلْزَمُ الْحَجُّ وَالْعُمْرَةُ الْقِنَّ الْبَالِغَ (بِنَذْرِهِ) لَهُمَا، لِعُمُومِ حَدِيثِ:«مَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يُطِيعَ اللَّهَ فَلْيُطِعْهُ»
