(وَلَا يَجُوزُ أَنْ يُحْرِمَ هُوَ) ، أَيْ: الْقِنُّ بِنَذْرٍ وَلَا نَفْلٍ،

وَمِثْلُهُ مُدَبَّرٌ، وَأُمُّ وَلَدٍ، (وَلَا) أَنْ تُحْرِمَ (زَوْجَتُهُ بِنَفْلٍ) حَجٍّ أَوْ عُمْرَةٍ (بِلَا إذْنِ سَيِّدٍ وَزَوْجٍ) ، لِتَفْوِيتِ حَقِّهِمَا بِالْإِحْرَامِ،
