(فَإِنْ فَعَلَا) ، أَيْ: عَقَدَ الْقِنُّ وَالْمَرْأَةُ الْإِحْرَامَ بِنَفْلٍ بِلَا إذْنِ سَيِّدٍ وَزَوْجٍ، (حُلِّلَا) ، أَيْ: حَلَّلَهُمَا السَّيِّدُ وَالزَّوْجُ، لِتَفْوِيتِ حَقِّهِمَا، (وَالْأَفْضَلُ تَرْكُهُمَا) مُحْرِمَيْنِ، (وَيَكُونَانِ) ، أَيْ: الْقِنُّ وَالزَّوْجَةُ، (كَمُحْصَرٍ) عَلَى مَا يَأْتِي
