(وَإِنْ تَحَلَّلَ) قِنٌّ (بِحَصْرِ) عَدُوٍّ لَهُ، (أَوْ حَلَّلَهُ سَيِّدُهُ) لِإِحْرَامِهِ بِلَا إذْنِهِ، (لَمْ يَتَحَلَّلْ قَبْلَ صَوْمٍ) ، كَحُرٍّ أُحْصِرَ وَأُعْسِرَ، فَيَصُومُ عَشَرَةَ أَيَّامٍ بِنِيَّةِ التَّحَلُّلِ، ثُمَّ يَتَحَلَّلُ. (وَلَا يُمْنَعُ) الْقِنُّ (مِنْهُ) ، أَيْ: الصَّوْمِ نَصًّا، كَقَضَاءِ رَمَضَانَ،
