(وَإِنْ مَاتَ) قِنٌّ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ صَوْمٌ بِسَبَبِ إحْرَامِهِ، (وَلَمْ يَصُمْ، فَلِسَيِّدِهِ أَنْ يُطْعِمَ عَنْهُ) ، ذَكَرَهُ فِي " الْفُصُولِ وَالْمُرَادُ: يُسَنُّ كَقَضَاءِ رَمَضَانَ، (عَلَى مَا مَرَّ قُبَيْلَ صَوْمِ التَّطَوُّعِ) فَرَاجِعْهُ إنْ شِئْتَ.
