مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَإِنْ حَجَّتْ) امْرَأَةٌ (بِدُونِهِ) ، أَيْ: الْمَحْرَمِ، (حَرُمَ) سَفَرُهَا بِدُونِهِ (وَأَجْزَأَ) حَجُّهَا، كَمَنْ حَجَّ وَتَرَك حَقًّا يَلْزَمُ مِنْ نَحْوِ دَيْنٍ، لَكِنْ لَا يَتَرَخَّصُ.
