(وَإِنْ مَاتَ) مَحْرَمٌ سَافَرَتْ مَعَهُ (بِالطَّرِيقِ) وَكَانَ (بَعِيدًا) عَنْ وَطَنِهَا (مَضَتْ فِي حَجِّهَا) لِأَنَّهَا لَا تَسْتَفِيدُ بِرُجُوعِهَا شَيْئًا، لِأَنَّهُ بِغَيْرِ مَحْرَمٍ، (وَلَمْ تَصِرْ مُحْصَرَةٍ) ، إذْ لَا تَسْتَفِيدُ بِالتَّحْلِيلِ زَوَالُ مَا بِهَا كَالْمَرِيضِ (وَ) وَإِنْ مَاتَ الْمَحْرَمُ (قَرِيبًا) ، فَعَلَيْهَا أَنْ (تَرْجِعَ) ، لِأَنَّهَا فِي حُكْمِ الْعَاجِزَةِ.
