(وَ) الشَّرْطُ الثَّالِثُ: (طَهَارَةُ عَيْنِهِ) - أَيْ: الْمَمْسُوحِ - (وَلَوْ فِي ضَرُورَةٍ، فَلَا يَصِحُّ) الْمَسْحُ (عَلَى جِلْدِ نَحْوِ مَيْتَةٍ) مِمَّا فَوْقَ الْهِرِّ خِلْقَةً، وَلَمْ يُؤْكَلْ لَحْمُهُ،
